高壓均質(zhì)機(jī)主要工作是通過柱塞往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)將被加工物料以高壓的形式送至均質(zhì)閥,使物料流經(jīng)閥頭與閥座間微小的隙瞬受到湍流,、空穴,、撞擊、剪切等復(fù)合的作用,,將原先粗糙的乳濁液或懸浮液加工成極細(xì)微的,、均勻穩(wěn)定的液與液相混乳化物或液與固分散物。
